Just like our clocks this past weekend, the housing market will soon “spring forward!” Like the tension in a spring, the lack of current inventory in the market  is holding it back from progressing.

Many of those planning to sell believe that waiting until Spring is in their best interest. Typically, this is correct; however....

Buyer demand did not show it's usually seasonality which often falls off in the winter months. As mortgage rates have remained near historic lows, demand has stayed strong.

"The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recently reported that the top 10 dates sellers listed their homes in 2016 all fell in April, May or June."

Those who act quickly by listing now could benefit greatly from additional exposure to buyers before the market becomes saturated with competition in the next few months.
